This test is pretty fun. The E2E browser test manually zooms out until the default planes are no longer visible, then verifies that the gizmo is still visible. This closes #2446.
FWIW I think this maybe a pretty minimally-useful test. The original issue lay with the engine-side's gizmo, and since we moved to a client-side gizmo those things are pretty unrelated now.
