Add AC/DC converters Recom RAC20-xxSK and RAC20-xxDK (#2265)

* Added the Recom RAC20-XXSK series footprint

* Change text position and add path to 3D model

* Fix KLC violation F5.1 and F5.2

* Update footprints

* Reduce description and update pads + drill
