This needs tests before it can be merged. I don't have the time to add them right now. You're welcome to (copying the style of others), otherwise I'll get to it eventually. |

Add observables to RxSearchView both rxbinding and rxbinding-appcompat-v7: queryTextFocusChange, suggestionClick.
It's updated version of my previous pull request #208 with Kotlin bindings
