Update of the definition of Semantic Groups from

New license & interface

Switched to BSD license. New Interface with better output formatting options. Also removed unneeded dependencies and repaired some tests.

Added destructive parameter

Added destructive parameter for RewriteSyntacticInversion and RewriteShortFormLongForm, can be configured via JSON files. If destructive is set to true the original terms will be suppressed if new variants were found.

Added MRCONSO output

Added "mr" mode to output MRCONSO instead of a gazetteer file.
Also added more comments.

As used in paper

Version of JUFIT as used in paper currently under review. Resource files conform to balanced rule sequence. Further comments and a less idiosyncratic output format are planed for future releases.
