This release is up to date with jcore-base version 2.4.

There is a new component here, the jcore-lingscope-negation-ae which employs a specific set of cue detection and scope detection models for negations. Others are well possible, check the jcore-base 2.4 release for more information.

Mainetance release, primarily for issues with Travis CI. Usage of multi threading for Maven seems to cause hanging of the builds sometimes.
