What is the purpose of the pull request?
Consolidate the TF race methods and layout dialogues in BodyChanging
Give a brief description of what you changed or added.
Combined the dialogues layout code (slime, demon, self etc)
Combined the TF race methods
Implemented most of the new Elder Lilin perks
Debug menu can now change target
Are any new graphical assets required?
