Some Typo fix and a fix for tooltips

Things to include in a large Pull Request:

• What is the purpose of the pull request?

  • fix typos and a display problem found when browsing the code (Precisely, in the process of translation)

• Give a brief description of what you changed or added.

  • fix some typos (wrong description, unexpected CDATA)
  • fix the problem that the tooltip too long will be cutoff (If this change is not assumed, please inform me, I will revert it)

• Are any new graphical assets required?

  • No

• Has this change been tested? If so, mention the version number that the test was based on.

  • I didn't find it break other tooltips for now, that's all
