Unification between Lin/Mac/Win installers:
- Brought parity between Win and Lin/Mac
- Consistency in UX and behavior for Windows and Lin/Mac installers- Using "idt" shell and batch files for ease of use and consistency, including "update" and "uninstall" args
- Added "--trace" arg for install/update/uninstall
- Added "--force" arg to force update/reinstall of external dependencies
- Enhanced internal users getting prompted if they want to use pre-release (stage1) bx and plugins
- Fixed Windows installer being broken on bx URL and Helm installation
