Description

• Add homepage announcement for completed 2024 FTC kickoff and Fall 2024 GBMs. Replace announcement for 2024 FRC kickoff and FRC volunteering event sign-ups
• Remove dependency on squoosh for image optimization as it is deprecated
• Update NPM packages
• FTC kickoff page: state that the 2024 one took place, and add a photo from 2024
