Test release

Switching to IAR8 and finishing code base for EIE textbook. This release is a good known working build that supports all current EiE Firmware 1 and Firmware 2 classes.

Known issues:

• No root cause was found for the LCD bug, but the bug has not been seen for 6 months
• The TWI driver is still the simple version and not fully integrating in the messaging system
• On startup, there seems to be a bunch null data sent on the UART sometimes
• SD card functionality is not complete
• No USB function yet
• No easy Blade API
• ANT relies on ANT AP2 (Network Processor) code on the nRF51422
