Instead of defining a rule for each arch, we now have one rule per type with an
{arch}placeholder that is dynamically updated at rule lookup. Requires replacement in 5 spots (compile and link rules). Also fixed static archives which were previously looked up incorrectly asarchive{a}instead of justarchive.
