Overview pipeline in the batch iterator

Sampling procedure:

1. Index annotations with the same labels into a set.

1.1 sample label -> selected label

1.2 sample annotation with selected label -> selected annotation

1.3 sample coordinate within selected annotation -> selected coordinate
