Find Cases Assigned to You

To find your assignments, visit the "Cases" page. There is a quick link to all open cases assigned to you located under the heading "Existing Cases".

How to find other Cases

There are many search options that exist to help you find specific cases.

Finding Cases by its Location

To find cases at a specific location, choose "Locations" in the navigation menu and search for your location. Once you've selected the correct location, you'll see a list of cases at that location.

Other Search Methods

Choose "Cases" in the navigation. From there, under "Advanced Search", select your search parameters.

You have a couple of options for displaying search results found under the heading "Search Result Options". Standard is the default display, where your data is displayed in a table sorted by date.

The option "by category" will sort the results into the cases' categories.
