  1. Fix the settings for the battd service in init.mapphone_cdma.rc to ma… 

    …tch those in the 605 OTA.

This allows us to use the 605 battd as well, which in turn disables the annoying charging
light and makes 1% battery increments work.  Only use this patch with the 605 battd.  Without it,
your phone shutting down immediately on boot because it thinks the battery is dead.
