Added sample files to PHP SDK to run API methods. Files created for brands, media, collection, asset usage, smart filters, tags, metaproperties, and uploading.
Added Dockerfile.dev/Makefile to containerize SDK and run files from within container.
Updated README with instructions to execute via command line or with container.
