Sending RGBA colors to Stripe Appearance API

While investigating this issue I noticed Stripe does not throw a warning regarding rgba values anymore, so this PR removes the maybeConvertRGBAtoRGB method.

Testing instructions

1. Comment out these lines to make sure the appearance is not cached.
2. Change the theme to Storefront
3. Go to /wp-admin > Appearance > Customize > Background
4. Set the background as black
5. Go to /wp-admin > Pages > edit the blocks checkout page
6. Click on the Checkout element
7. Click block
8. Enable dark mode inputs
9. Save
10. As a customer add a product to your cart
11. Go to the checkout page
12. Notice the white credit card inputs
