resolve(修复) : # 修复文档对函数结构的描述中，参数的表达语法。

What this PR does / why we need it (这个PR 做了什么/ 我们为什么需要这个PR)

这里的文档看起来采用的是命令行帮助说明中的语法规则来展示函数结构。但是每个函数的参数应该是可选且不定个数的，不应该使用<>来进行解释，这里对此作出了一些修改。
