The current version is still using python 2.7 and the version 0.3 of whoosh. This PR is to pay this technical debt.

Still to do:

  • Fix numeric values , now they are strings
  • Rewrite parser as plugins , the same way done in whoosh 2.7
  • move prev_aya, next_aya, translations ,annotations to same table
