Updates for Movecraft-Combat

This is merely an update to support the new package name of Movecraft-Combat in v2.a.10+. For those not running Movecraft-Combat this is functionally the same as v1.a.0, and for those running Movecraft-Combat there is no functional change to the WorldGuard integration.
