Super Mario All Stars Super Mario Bros 3 P-Switch Timer Patch

This is a WIP patch that displays the SMB3 P-Switch Timer as the coin counter.

When a P-Switch is not active, the timer will display coins correctly as well as not adding coins when a P-Switch is active.
