The PR bumps the go version from 1.19 to 1.21.
Note: we would need to adapt the branch protection policy, so that it does not require the
test-e2e (1.19.x)andtest-unit (1.19.x), but instead thetest-e2e (1.21.x)andtest-unit (1.21.x)
