为方便使用，请给omicron增加cli接口。接口支持以下命令：

get_bars code, end, n, type=='1d', fq=True, 即通过命令行获取code的k线数据。支持导出为文件。
find --code xxx --no-st --no-exit, ... 即通过命令行模糊查询证券列表，支持导出为文件
