test_spilo.sh does not pass upgrade test #1020

/Hi folks,

test_spilo.sh fails the upgrade test, maybe something I missed in the set up.
any hints?

git checkout 3.3-p1
docker build --no-cache --tag spilo-16:latest .
SPILO_TEST_IMAGE=spilo-16:latest bash  tests/test_spilo.sh

update:
turned out the git checkout failed
you can delete this issue
