-webkit-overflow-scrolling : touch;虽然会在UIWebkiew下让滚动如丝般润滑，但是会造成 native app直接崩溃。而且是不稳定复现bug，周知！
解决方案：IScroll吧

父子之间如果想让父组件在子组件上面，可以设置子组件的z-index为负，父组件不设置z-index。
但是尽量避免这样的关系，应该把组件拆成兄弟组件
