Radeon RX 560 error CL_BUILD_PROGRAM_FAILURE (Windows 11 Pro)

Hello All, I'm a XMR Newbie Miner and have recently installed the XMRig 6.16.1 on a Dell OptiPlex 3060 running Windows 11 Pro with an i5, 16GB RAM, 240 GS SSD and a Radeon RX 560 4 GB DDR 4 Graphics Card. I used the config. wizard and selected to mine with CPU and OpenCL GPU - however, when a start my Rig I get failures trying to start the GPU. The CPU mining works great. Below are excerpts from my RIG log. Any advice or help is appreciated. If you need more information please ask.
