Merge authentication-extension feature branch into master

Purpose

This PR will merge the improvements done in the authentication-extension feature branch. And it will include following improvements

• Add new Authentication action type. #646
• Improve Action API to retrieve an action by action Id. #648
• Improve get action by action id API #657
• Reflect AuthType class refactorization in carbon identity framework #658
