Problem

The POLICY_DEFINITION column in the AM_OPERATION_POLICY_DEFINITION table is a blob field that only allows storing 0 to 65535 bytes.

Solution

Change the POLICY_DEFINITION column in the AM_OPERATION_POLICY_DEFINITION table to mediumblob
