Back in 2019, some of you expressed a need for a tool that could enhance your testing workflows. Fast forward to today, and we've developed something that might just be what you were looking for! Here’s a brief on some conversations and potential use-cases we’ve stumbled upon:

• Interest from Jest community: A discussion from 2019 on jestjs/jest#9222 involving @flintliu and other amazing developers, though it was locked before we could explore who found it valuable through 👍 upvotes.

• Allure reports done right: Currently, we're zealously developing jest-allure2-reporter, which takes pride in being the first reporter to fully leverage jest-metadata, unlocking a treasure trove of potential.

• Distilling Detox's artifacts subsystem: We’ve observed that wix/Detox might find jest-metadata useful in reducing its artifact management layer significantly, presumably up to 70%!
