For one of your projects we need to construct triangle and tetrahedral meshes based on images. The images are in .tif format.

TODO

  • add tif library
  • add wrapper for library (from Teseo's project)
  • use lib in mesh_with_tag_from_image
  • add scaling and user_scaling to mesh_with_tag_from_image
