Problem / Steps to reproduce

Is there a way to limit the number of shown rows by default?

If not, please consider to add a command line option, an entry from a config file, and/or
an environment var like CSVIEW_ROW_LIMIT .. If such an option is given, another
option to again show all rows would also be recommended.

Sometimes only a preview of the file is needed, and some CSV files are very large.
