Support for .dev tld( along with .app, .how, .soy, .page...)

I'm using a sensu check that uses the whois/whois-parser gem to check the expire of my domains which includes a .dev domain. In order for it to work, I understand that support for google's registry is required. I've submitted a PR regarding this enhancement.

Please let me know if I'm on the right track and if there is anything else I need to provide? #124

Months later and I stumbled upon the same problem and your PR is still open. Seems like nobody is really maintaining this...
