v-data-table and the no-results slot

So where has this slot gone? The migration guide (v2 -> v3) is VERY brief, at least on the v-data-table, and there is no mention of how to translate the no-results slot to v3.

I know there's a no-data slot, and that one works well, but how do I make the distinction between having no data at all, and the search/filter turning up 0 results?

That's what the no-results slot used to be for. So what do I do in v3?
