Show a version table for modulesyncs

On https://voxpupu.li/ on the sync tab, modules that need another sync are listed. It would be nice if it was a table with module name msync version in module and desired msync version. Though the last one is the same for every module, it may become useful if you also support PDK which can use a different versioning scheme. It can also be easier to read if it's on the same line.

The latest version has a table, but it's only miss/pass. However, for some modules it's missing while for others it's outdated. I'd suggest missing, the outdated version and latest.

Not sure if I understand it correctly. Taken https://voxpupu.li/repositories/puppet-boolean as an example, the checks say it has a .msync.yml but not the latest one.

I think you want that check combined or did we implement the check already after you opened the issue and missed it here?
