In MacOS 10.12.6 Firefox 69.0.3, the window doesn't appear after the background overlay.
Please improve.

Have you got an ad blocker installed? I had exactly the same issue, turned out the ad blocker was the problem.

Sure, I have “Adblock Plus” installed.

However, when I visited the problem web page again today, it displayed correctly.

I'm not sure why it was resolved,
This may be because the Firefox version has been updated to 70.0.
