What is the motivation for your change request?
It is unclear, if (and if it is, for what) https://github.com/vivo-project/VIVO/blob/0fa85e85a15a20d76ee0eaad7a82bf81c58aa618/home/src/main/resources/rdf/abox/filegraph/validation.n3 is being used. vivo:validatedOrcidId seems to be unused in the ontology and the application.

Delete the file.

If it is necessary to keep it, the property should be part of vivo.owl.

Additional context
It has to be considered if we need to make it a deprecated property first, in case anyone used it.
