Use shared URI during transformation process for all tables. #6

There are cases where two (or more) tables use the same entity.

Because we need our data being related to each other, we must use the same ID in every graph we are creating.

For example, a person related to more islands must be connected to each of them and vice-versa. But the connections must use the same URI.

in pre-processing, for BW everything is now handled.

We need to import sub-typology event for Events @RemoGrillo
