Allow creation of NTFS filesystems on macOS (at least with 3rd party drivers)

I have an "NTFS for Mac" app that allows read-write access to NTFS filesystem, so I can use it for Veracrypt's ntfs volumes that were created on Windows, but I don't have an option to create an NTFS volume on a Mac

Desired behavior

An option to create NTFS filesystem on a Mac (at least if some NTFS driver is installed, not sure whether it's possible to do with native mac drivers)
