Add spot instance reclaim %.

AWS Spot Advisor show for each instance type the chance of being reclaimed. The data comes from https://spot-bid-advisor.s3.amazonaws.com/spot-advisor-data.json, that is (afaik) a public resource. It would be very nice to be able to see that information together with the current spot price, to get a better estimation if it may make sense to include a particular type as part of a mixed fleet.
