cant drag to keyboard layouts

open /Library/Keyboard Layouts/ directory and drag and drop the bundle manually

@Armiyants I think this is not architecture specific, this should work on macOS in general. Do you have admin permissions?

@Mekhak sure thing and even after manually dragging and dropping in Keyboard Layouts folder, logout and login, restart: it is still not visible in the list of input sources to choose from. I'm not saying it's architecture specific, I'm just highlighting (cause the issue's title includes M1) that the issue is still there for M2 Pro.

I had the same issue.
However, it worked after I copy pasted the bundle file in the following directory: ~/Library/Keyboard Layouts/

same for MacBook Pro m3 pro. tried both ways, by manually copying , dragging. still does not appear as input source

@ramgrigoryan the MacBook reboot helped me. After reboot the new keyboard source appeared in list of
keyboards
