Reviews: Email notifs and inline replies

Describe the change you'd like:
It would be nice if we could reply to reviews, and get an e-mail notification when a new review is left on our styles, or someone replies to our review.

Additional context:
It's a great way to engage with the community, and communicate with style authors about changes you'd like to see, or fixes that need to be implemented. As of now there isn't really a way to reply to a review saying something about your style is broken, to let them know you fixed it, or just to respond to users' comments in general.
