[Bug]: My Grants initially showing all grants

Why is this issue important?

My Grants is not consistently displaying the correct grants

Current State

Steps taken:

1. I created a new user ([email protected])
2. I clicked on a grant and marked the status as "Will Consider"
3. I went to My Grants and clicked on the Interested tab
4. I see a page that lists all grants (see below)
5. If I refresh the page, I see only the grant I just marked as "Will Consider) - this is what I expect to see without having to refresh the page

*Note - I'm not sure if this bug exists in production. I haven't been able to replicate it there, but I also can only intermittently recreate it on staging.

Expected State

Tabs on my grants reflect grants that have the relevant share or status
