Error is generating for all new saved searches
When you create a new saved search, you get an error message saying "Error saving search. Title 'xxxxx' already exists"
It seems like the search is saving correctly and able to run, but the error displays whenever you create a new saved search.
the error for search already exists should only generate if a search by the same name exists for the user.

Why is this issue important?
Error is generating for all new saved searches
Current State
When you create a new saved search, you get an error message saying "Error saving search. Title 'xxxxx' already exists"
