Refactor the material in the Linux basics section #21

I think we should rearrange the resource guide a bit: take the editing section out of the Linux guide and create a new editing section of the resource guide. It can introduce Nano and VSCode and include all the VSCode setup material.

I also think we should move the sections on the edit/compile/run section as well. Again, I think they could go in a dedicated section of the resource guide.

The motivation for these suggestions is that they come in the wrong place in the guide for 141 students. I'd like them to:

  • work through the basics of navigating linux,
  • set up VSCode,
  • work through the git tutorial and then set up their 141 repo
  • And only then be expected to edit and run a Python file.
