Gnome apps such as the Calculator, do enforce round borders even on Cinnamon: they do work.

However, this settings app doesn't have round borders even on Ubuntu 23's Gnome =/
Also, on Cinnamon it comes with two window titles: one of the frameless app itself, and other from Cinnamon.
