The landing page formatting is all messed up at the moment -- see: https://pypi.org/project/pytest-regex/

* because of gh-7, try using a README markdown
formatting a bit closer to what NumPy uses
to see if that helps with PyPI render...

Still true, if not worse, in 0.2.0 release. A handy PyPI-focused README linter would be most helpful here...
