Tracing: show ID and class #31

When assiging an :id to a Subprocess() its ID is showed in tracing.

        |   |-- invoke_workflow

It would help tremendously if it also showed the activity's class (maybe configurable on/off).

        |   |-- invoke_workflow [Trailblazer::Workflow::Advance]
