Bug report

Current Behavior

Currently, we need to wrap the bubble in another component, like a Box, to make the tooltip to be displayed.

Expected behavior

The Bubble itself should be sufficient to have a Tooltip correctly displayed.

We can have a story to describe the workaround as a "best practice" and see if we discover the reason behind this bug
