需求背景

目前仅有"在全部图标中搜索图标""搜索指定用户的图标库"等相关功能

解决方案

增加"搜索指定用户所创作的图标"功能，使得用户在搜索图标时可以指定搜索目标用户所创作的所有图标库中匹配的图标
