A localizer adjusted the localization to link to the language specific page of "Open source" instead. Unfortunately it broke the site builds.
I checked for a language-independant way of linking to a wikipedia article and it turns out you sort of can't. You can query a list of linked articles via the api by item id, or you can add something like https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Special:GoToLinkedPage/{lang}wiki/Q1130645 (lang replaced by two letter locale code) which does work but I would need to time to map our locale codes with wikipedias. (It's probably the same standard, just needs verification.)
Either way something to look into when I have the time.
