FR: BIQU MicroProbe Support

I love this EnderAIO. But because I couldn't get the BLTouch working I bought the BIQU MicroProbe v2.
Sorry I'm all new to this Gitbhub and compiling code and already happy that I managed to compile working code somehow.

With this EnderAIO code how can I integrate that BLTouch code now in this code? I'm mostly confused because of the Ender_AIO_Configuration.h . What is the best way to do this?

Thank you so much! Really looking forward to it to finally get this printer going. Because I spend so many hours on it. First with bl touch, then with the probe before I ran into you.

@DutchPixelDesign: You can now enable MicroProbe support with ENDER_AIO_MICROPROBE in the Probes section of Ender_AIO_Configuration.h.

You will need to define your own ENDER_AIO_CUSTOM_MICROPROBE_MOUNT probe offsets since I don't have the X & Y probe offsets for the metal bracket that BIQU sells. I've got a message into them for that info. I am also looking for printable MicroProbe brackets, but I may end up remixing a BLTouch bracket (due to the smaller size of the MicroProbe & it needing to be lower on the X carriage) or I will create one from scratch.

That's awesome! Thank you. I have made measurements and photos of the brackets. No clue it's useful and which one you exactly need. But hope it helps. Let me know I need to measure something else.

Since the bracket is adjustable, the Z offset is set to 0 so you don’t damage your bed / hotend.

As for the homing issue, that’s unrelated to this change, but I’ll see if I can reproduce it here.

Hi Keith,

I fixed the crashing into the bed. But the X is not homing right. And way off to the right or even crashes into the right

So I made a video of it. I have the Ender 3 pro + SKR Mini E3V3.0 + Biqu microprobe V2
Please don't look at he wiring. The wires that came with the Microprobe V2 were way too short.

Everything used to work fine with the original board and bltouch instead of the skr E3 V3.0 and BIQU microprobe.
But then it was homing on the left front/ 0.0 and not in the middle.

In your code I only uncommented this line #define ENDER_AIO_MICROPROBE

When you did the second/third/fourth auto home, there was an instant trigger for X, so the printer thought it had homed X and that's why it goes off to the right.

Have you verified that your X endstop wiring is still good?

Have you removed the DIAG jumpers for all axis on the motherboard? I've added yellow jumpers to mine to demonstrate where they're located:

Sorry it took so long.

I made somehow some progress. After so many desperat tries, I reinstalled the BLTouch again and its working now perfectly.
But I don't want the BLtouch but the Biqu Microprobe V2.

I left the wiring intact, only swapped the probe. And in your Ender_aio_configuration I switched from BLtouch to Biqu Microprobe

When I auto home, immediately after starting the Z home it says the printer failed error again.

I read the manual and google again. And was just wondering can it be one of these things?

That was how the MicroProbe was configured before I added dedicated support upstream in Marlin. Now you just need to define BIQU_MICROPROBE_V1 or BIQU_MICROPROBE_V2 & PROBE_ENABLE_DISABLE (which is done for you behind the scenes in my EnderAIO firmware).

Try enabling ENDER_AIO_PROBE_CONNECTED_TO_Z_MIN_PORT and connect the black & white wires to the Z-STOP port on the SKR Mini E3 V3 instead of the dedicated Z-PROBE pins.

Black wire = GND, white wire = PC2
